Mohammed bin Rashid Holy Quran Printing Center was inaugurated in July 2014, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The center is the world's first of its kind to provide copies of the Holy Quran in different translations, writing styles and variant readings for all Muslim countries.
With an annual capacity of 6 million copies at its first phase and 16 million copies in its next phases, the center prints the Holy Quran using the latest and most advanced technologies to all Muslim countries around the world. To ensure that the highest standards of printing are implemented, the center hired a dedicated full-time team that provides full services at all stages of printing. The team includes a shari'ah committee that proofreads each and avery printing, in addition to a team of experts that supervise the process of printing the Holy Quran from the initial stages of selecting the type script and finishing with the packing and distribution.
